  • To disclose any material conflict of interest when distributing a third-party research report.
  • To disclose any conflict of interest between research services and other activities of the research analyst.
  • To disclose timelines for services and ensure adherence.
  • To provide clear guidance and caution notices for complex and high-risk financial products.

πŸ”§ Details of Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Level 1: Contact the Research Analyst

In case of any grievance, an investor should first approach the concerned Research Analyst. We shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days from receipt. You can also email the designated email ID of the RAASB.

Level 2: Escalate to SEBI SCORES

If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint on SCORES 2.0, SEBI's centralized grievance redressal system.

Two-level review process:

  • First review by the designated body (RAASB).
  • Second review by SEBI.

Level 3: Online Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can file a dispute on the SMART ODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.

  • Ensure the RA has a valid registration certificate.
  • Check SEBI registration via official links.
  • Pay attention to disclosures in research reports.
  • Pay only through banking channels (or CeFCoM) and keep receipts.
  • Check research recommendations before acting.
  • Ask questions and clear doubts with your RA.
  • Seek guidance for complex or high-risk products.
  • Know your right to stop services as per agreed terms.
  • Provide feedback on services received.
  • Be aware that clauses contravening regulations are not binding.
  • Inform SEBI if an RA offers assured/guaranteed returns.

  • Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
  • Don’t fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumors.
  • Do not get attracted to limited period discounts or other incentives.
  • Do not share login credentials or passwords of your trading, demat, or bank accounts with the Research Analyst.
